Les Clos de Paulilles – Collioure and Banyuls AOC

daure@wanadoo.fr

The 90 hectares of vineyards surround the bay of Paulilles, terraces prevail from the Hameau de Cosprons to the Mediterranean, thus covering the Cap Bear which advances as a pointed triangle into the sea. This savage site where the pines and palm trees mark the landscape is of exceptional beauty.

Since 1975, the Dauré family have worked in the renovation of the vineyard and the winery. There philosophy is simply to be exigent and rigorous in the respect of the terroir.
In Paulilles, Mediterranean varieties yet plenty nourishment from this slate soil, warmed by a hot sun or refreshed by the sea breeze. The unique terroir gives wines with a strong personality, generous and opulent.
