Biodynamic: it is more than "integrated pest management". The wine maker treats the vines with natural pesticides and fertilizers, made according to recepes developped following R. Steiner research. The Biodynamic agriculture is trying to recover the normal life of the ground and underground, reinforcing the plant ability to defend itself against deseases. The winemaker is working with the stars and moon influence in order to respect natural rythm and not those forced by the market.
