Medium colour with a beautiful ruby tinge.
The first nose gives fine cherry and spicy flavours, tobacco, dry almond and plum. Stone of cherry, red fruits and juniper are released after a short shaking.
An extrem sensuality is exuding in a perfect velvet structure, fulbodied but with an incredible fresh acidity. Rather long, with delicate tastes, a subtil blending of fresh red fruits and spices. Fresh hazelnuts and cooked strawberries, and a toffee sensation at the end. No agressivity in any kind in that wine, a marvel of balance between body and silky tannins, underpinned by a lovely acidity making that wine one of the finest I know.
