Medium-light colour intensity, shining with a light purple ring.
The nose is a bit mute with a light reduction note, then cherry pit and spices.
Fulbodied attack marked by the power of the alcohol and the early tannic sensation. Tannins are a bit dry and straight, balanced by the sweet glycerol touch. Aromas are not overwhelming and are expressing spices and cherry. Rustic but charming, a style requiring perfect sunny years, a winery to discover with the 07 or 09 vintages. Long and fresh aftertaste.

Dark colour, purple hue, a bit cloudy.
The nose is not very intense, frost black berry notes followed with earthy and burnt scents, and after a strong shaking liquorice and flowery fragrances.
Supple and easy going attack with a ligth carbonic gas touch. Black and red fruit driven, cherry juice in a great acidity. The tannic thread shows a very fine style. Without being very concentrated, this wine is surprising for the light impression (but bear its 14° alcohol !) and a superb aromatic finish.

Quite dark colour intensity, a bit cloudy, purple hue.
The nose doesn’t shows strong flavours, fine and subtle scents of plum, stone fruits, raspberry jelly, spices, cherry sorbet with a fugacious hint of brandy.
Fresh and supple attack, the mouth is quite powerful. Vigourous tannins, but nothing harsh and aggressive, structure that wonderful wine. The acidity gives a very enticing fluid perception. A very good balance for this difficult vintage. Aromas are a bit shy at the moment : soot, ripe cherry, spices and « garrigue » in a « crunchy » style. No crystallized fruit flavours ususally found in this appellation, due to the weak climate. Good finish, very juicy : elegant and worthy wine.

A very charming nose releasing floral scents of gillyflower and violet, blacberry and then, after oxidation, soot.
Supple and fluid attack, black fruit aromas are rising first followed by a fine velvety tannin texture. Spices and cherry juice, in a mouthwatering style, stand up and vanish in a fresh and rather long small black berries aftertastes. Easy going and elegant.

Fulbodied attack with a frank brisk tannic presence, holding up to the very end.
