Minerve est une cité qui a donné son nom au pays et au vin de la région. Naturellement fortifiée
par des falaises calcaires, cette ville a été victime des croisés du nord
venus éradiquer l'hérésie cathare au XIIème siècle.

Minerve is a city which gave its name to the country and the Minervois wine.
Naturally fortified with the limestones cliffs, this city was victim of  the northern knights
who came to destroy the cathar’s heresy in XIIème century.
